We stock our brand in a range of resort shops and independent shops across the
Dominican Republic. We’ve got two collections: our Punta Cana collection and our Dominican Republic collection. We stock our Punta Cana collection in resorts and shops in this area of the country and our Dominican Republic collection is distributed to the rest of the DR. So, if you come to Punta Cana, you’ll find the Punta Cana version and if you go to Samana, Las Terrenas, Puerto Plata, Bayahibe, etc. you’ll find the Dominican Republic version.

Where are your t-shirts made?
Here at Hot Penguin, Ltd. we like to keep things local!
We’re passionate about promoting Dominican Republic manufacturing and jobs so we focus on keeping our production as local as possible.
We make all of our products exclusively in the Dominican Republic so when you buy from Hot Penguin, Ltd. you can rest assured you’re buying an authentic Dominican made product.
What happens if my t-shirt doesn't fit?
If you get back to your hotel or fly all the way back home only to discover your t-shirt or tank top isn’t the right size, there’s no need to flap. Just give us a call or email or fill out our online form and we’ll get it sorted for you in a jiffy.
If you bought online:
You’ll need to send us the t-shirt or item back at your expense and we’ll ship the correct one back out to you at our expense (certified email only - shipping this way is always included for North America and Europe).
If you bought at one of our client’s:
We’re happy to do the return for you. However, you’ll need to pay for the shipping both ways.
I’m not happy with my order. What should I do?
If there’s a problem with your Punta Cana T-Shirts. t-shirt, tank top or cap we want to do whatever we can to make it right. Please get in touch with us!

Where can I find your size guide and care instructions?
Head over to our detailed sizing chart to make sure you get that perfect fit. You can also find details of our care instructions in the descriptions featured alongside our products as well as on the label inside. If you’ve got any questions just ask.
Do you offer wholesale purchases to other retailers or traders?
Absolutely! We love working with retailers and offer special prices to resort shops and independent retailers looking to stock our products in their store. We are also happy to personalise or make custom designs to other destinations for big enough quantities.

How long does delivery take?
North America: certified 17 to 22 business days, EMS (air freight) 7 to 9 business days
Europe: certified 17 to 22 business days, EMS (air freight) 10 to 12 business days
We are on vacation in the area. Will you deliver to our resort?
Of course! We deliver to any location in Bavaro, Punta Cana, Uvero Alto and Cap Cana. Please contact us for other delivery options in the Domincan Republic.

We sure do! Be sure to select that option at check out.
